Child Porn Being Sent to Facebook Users: Marietta PD

Marietta Police is advising residents to be extra vigilant on their social media accounts after three people informed police that they had been sent a child pornography video via Facebook.

According to the police alert, any person who receives this message must not share this video with anyone, not even police. Doing so could be considered distribution of child pornography, a very serious crime. Instead, immediately inform Facebook that you’ve received the video and delete the file from your account.
